By purchasing or using any Sound Design Arc product, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and Delivery

Sound Design Arc sells digital SFX packs ("Products") delivered instantly through Whop after purchase. Products are not physical goods.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, royalty-free, lifetime license to use the sounds in the purchased pack. Full details on the License & Anti-Piracy page.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR. "Launch pricing" is a limited-time offer and may change without notice. The price at checkout is final.

4. No Refunds

Because the Products are instant-access digital downloads, all sales are final. Before purchasing, you can hear real samples, view the full folder breakdown, and read reviews.

5. Account and Access

Your purchase is tied to the account you use on Whop. You are responsible for maintaining access. Do not share credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to redistribute, resell, or share the sound files; claim ownership of the sounds; repackage them; or use the community for spam.

7. Community Access

Every purchase includes access to our private editor community. We reserve the right to remove members who violate guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All sounds, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Sound Design Arc. Your license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sound Design Arc is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Romania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
