License & Anti-Piracy

This page explains exactly what you can and cannot do with your Sound Design Arc sounds.

WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

A single-user, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the sounds in your projects. Buy once, use forever, in as many projects as you want, no royalties.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Use the sounds in any video you edit: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Shorts, ads, brand films, documentaries, podcasts, app demos.

- Use them in commercial and client projects without extra licensing.

- Use them in monetized content (ad revenue, sponsored, paid).

- Use them in unlimited projects, forever, on any platform.

- Edit, layer, pitch-shift, or modify the sounds.

- Use the sounds in projects for clients, agencies, or brands.

No attribution required (but always appreciated).

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

This is a SINGLE-USER license. You may NOT:

- Share, send, upload, or distribute the sound files to anyone else. Not friends. Not colleagues. Not your editing team. Not Discord servers. Not Google Drive.

- Resell the sounds, individually or as part of a new pack.

- Upload them to any SFX marketplace, stock platform, or sample library.

- Include the raw files as downloadable content in any product you sell.

- Repackage the sounds into a competing SFX product.

- Sublicense the sounds.

You can USE the sounds in any project. You CANNOT give the files themselves to others. Each person needs their own license.

THE DIFFERENCE

Using a whoosh in your client's YouTube video — fine.

Sending that whoosh file to your client to use themselves — not allowed.

Using a bass drop in 50 TikToks — fine.

Uploading that bass drop to a shared team Dropbox — not allowed.

ENFORCEMENT

If we find our sounds being redistributed, shared, or resold, access to all purchased packs and the community will be revoked permanently. We reserve the right to pursue legal action under applicable EU and international law. We actively monitor distribution channels.

WHY THIS MATTERS

We keep prices low (from €17, max €47 lifetime) so everyone can afford their own license. Piracy hurts our ability to keep creating, maintaining the community, and keeping prices accessible.
